Since 1994 Neosys Organisational Development and Consulting Ltd. has been a development partner of those Hungarian companies that are committed to increasing efficiency and professional development. Our company represents and accomplishes organisational development based on process consulting. Neosys has built unrivalled reputation in the Hungarian market in executive coaching and remained a determining factor ever since: we benefit from the experience of more than 350 half-year long coaching processes.

Every personal encounter is important and significant, as personal space is the only sphere where the opportunity to learn and to develop directly appear. We believe that it is impossible to isolate one’s life from one’s workplace, likewise, that personality and professional roles are inseparable.
