Custom tailored development
- When we define the focuses of our management training processes, we do not proceed in a "closed", diagnostic manner - e.g. forming the unique syllabi of the training as a script, on the basis of predetermined patterns of manager training theories -, but we apply an "open", organic approach.
- In practice, this means that we use the input from interviews carried out with members of the management and the participant groups to define the expectations and expected results concerning the results of the development together with our consignor. This approach guarantees that the process gives answers to the actual needs of the organization in processing topics that are regarded important by our client (e.g.: management of changes, stress-management, conference culture, cooperation, objectives, delegation, control, the leader as a coach, etc.).
- The jointly established concept will then be "translated to the language of the trainings" by our advisors - in other words, they design those blocks and concrete modeling situations (such as: situational games, role-plays, situations that give individual experience, processing particular cases, theoretical models, etc.) that will make it possible through their use to achieve the expected results.
